I agree, posting the screenshot here on the forum will likely not achieve alot.

 

However sending it to support is a very good idea. You are basically sending them all the evidence they need, they like situations where you do it for them

​Well i had such a case im WoT and in not a Youtuber while suport can sometimes drag it out and they not tell you what Action they take not doing anything certainly dont helps in their decisions. If he reacts as harsh to others and suport tickets are flaged multiple time you can bet something will happens even if you had a case of a CS sleeping that wont happens all the time. In my case it took 2 weeks to get a Reply.

Right click name and select "remove chat for this player". You won't see what they say, thus, further offence can be avoided. Also, send the screenshot to support rather than posting it here.

Someone is chat-banned this way it goes up for review and if required harsher punishment is dealt would work wonders for this game.

I have many Screenshots of serval Guys who act a bit more "Strange" and thats a Description i choose because Reasons. But posting them here into the Forums will only cause "Editing" from BigBadVuk. The only Chance you have is write a Support Ticket, send the Screenshot and hope they react (which they usually do) against some Player. But dont expect much.

And this Cheater here, Cheater there and Noob and what ever is slightly said normal. I collected a Bunch of Screenshots with pure Hate and Racism...

Support Ticket - Problem solved - the Guy is gone.

 

Ah and just a little suggestion for you - Ignore that Guy in the Chat is the easiest Solution you have. Crying in the Forums doesnt help at all.

Well i personally think that the naming and shaming policy has got to go because this filth happens way too often the moderation of this game is simply not good enough to catch these cretins.

Absolutely no disrespect to those tasked with moderating but to my knowledge nothing is done in-game and the report function might just as well be an illusion as far as i can tell.

 

Seriously wargaming absolutely needs to start giving feedback to those who take the effort to report in game because without it it really seems pointless and as such not worth doing.

No. There rule is there to hinder dbags from starting muck-spreading campaigns on the forums. That's why this kind of thing is limited to ingame PMs and not on the forums as well. If this kind of thing was allowed, the "justified" cases of naming and shaming would rapidly be outnumbered by ugly personal vendettas.

​And who says that the OP didnt got balistic in gamechat to tick him off before? Name and shame rules are there for a reason. Flamewar Forums that degrade to personal Insults are no fun trust me ,-). We have here a very limited understanding what happened to the OP. CS CAN check it out all we can do here is doing guesswork how and what is happened.
