Okay enough is enough.

Why do i have to deal with this animated [edited]?! I spend half of my gametime staring at the port trying to change my ships, trying to get my [edited] pins, trying to open my [edited] containers. I understand that you tried to create something pretty but you obviously failed to optimize it and its damn frustrating, its worse than any bugs or matchmaking fails in the game. Not to mention the same [edited] when someone tries to play carriers and the interface gives your planes/ship random orders if you click too fast.

I play Heroes 3 and Age of Empires 2 regularly, if it was possible to create a fast, sharp interface 15 years ago why is it so hard today?!

The port interface is worse with every patch. They keep adding more and more stuff, but no improvements in this department.

Can't explain how i get [edited] off with an slow UI... As mentioned the Port UI gets worser and worser... before 0.5.15 it worked at least a bit.. but now...

Logged in after Patch Day... Cause i was nosy... and really wanted to see the new tree etc.

Then i tried the UI.. with the Pin Stuff etc.:

it-crowd-maurice-moss-frustration-fuck-t

Must say.. huge bumper and no fun...

If you think the port is bad . Try playing a cv. The amount of times that it has bugged out during trying to click on a manual drop with torpedoed bombers really sux. Sometimes when it is perfectly lined up it just will not let you click , resulting in me trying to spam click before seeing my bomber fly right over the ship. Grrrr

Worse of all it has been like this for a while and never gets fixed

*looks at all those way to visible pixes of both games mentioned*

yeah... "sharp"

thing is that in modern game instead of antiques you have alot more of things thrown on screen, starting with games no longer being 2d, but 3d, and with totally different  scale of detail everywhere......

agree

the UI is intricately. Esp. with the new container system (why I can't choose to deactivated all the animations?) and the new task system (really? I have to click FOUR times to go back to my harbour?).

well yeah I agree that not being able to skip animations on containers, nor getting fast way to port [with skipping all the menus I had to click through earlier

Dude. There is an x which takes you back. it is in the upper right corner.

Btw. UI is crap. Always've been. It's funny to watch them trying though. They try to speed it up. It works but causes some bugs. They fix the bugs but it slows down UI. Then they speed it up again without bugs. Then something gets changed (new ships, new thingy or anything) and it slows back. :D Then try to speed it up. But it causes bugs. They fix bugs but it slows it down. Hilarious. :D:D:D

Nope, my 5 year old rig moves the UI and game without any difficulties. Methinks people have no clue as to how to use a computer so they moan and whine...

The interface seems to have slowed down a lot since the introduction of the Campaigns...

Amusing as WG claim to have optimised it just prior, now back to square one :sceptic:

lol indeed..... but it would be nice if esc would keep stickign to it instead of going to "back" after you click first thing in campaing window....

Yes I agree. The interface in port seems to be really slow, almost like it is lagging since the update.

In a battle everything runs smooth, but in port...

Something has deffinetly gone wrong with this patch.

And the WORST thing in it, is that while the visuals lag behind, you can actually click UI elements that are not even visible yet.

No worries, Wargaming doesn't allow topics that highlights persistent problems in their games and this topic will without doubt be closed soon for:

Yeah its not like we are paying customers and we point out the possible reason we stop playing&paying. Lets close this topic, problem solved, Wargaming-style.

No problems here.

Game is running perfectly fine on my modern hardware.

My hardware is modern as well (well, 2 years old, but should be perfectly fine), and ran the game perfectly before the patch.

In battle I got no problems at full settings, yet in port the UI lags whenever i click something. Didn't do that before the patch.

So it is not a hardware issue, unless somehow WG secretly upped the requirements for their game, which is doubtfull considering the average russian PC.

I never patch games, I do a full clean install.
