I had maxed out the Hatsuharu months ago and moved on by two whole ships! Not an experience I particularly enjoyed. The Hatsu was a moose of a ship and no fun at all to work past. Fubuki came as a pleasant surprise after that. Now apparently I have to grind my way through the Hatsu again in order to unlock the Shiratsuyu? I've done it once. Why the hell would I want to put myself through that again? I should HAVE the xp to get the Shira! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Didnt you read patch notes/info about new line? Btw, shima isnt worth grinding anymore. Torps get spotted from distance. It has lots of torps but weak guns. I think gearing is better, it has really good guns to defend yourself. Torp range 16km and better concealment in torps. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Maybe once everyone has slogged through a miserable T6 DD again to unlock them. It'll be weeks if not months before I get there. Hatsuharu in new position is a new ship,,, Go check The old Torpedo boat line you will see tech tier 7 location that was the Hatsuharu know has a fully unlocked Akatsuki.. Im sorry how did you manege to progress on the new tech tree line before it was released? You progressed on the tech tree line of Japaneses DDs Leading to the Shima.. NONE of use had progressed on the sub branch to the Akizuki. Wargaming have been nice and allowed those of us that have progressed up the Original IJN DD tech tree line a Jump start to tier 6 in stead of starting at Tier 5 or even tier 4. on the new branch Edited December 1, 2016 by T0byJug Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The new line is combined gun/torp boats. If you hated playing the old hatsuharu, what makes you think you'll like the new ships? Well old hatsu had to fight Fletchers and Udoloi's. new one douse not. and guns are better on a lower tier ship.... looking for would to give her try again.
