There was this one day somewhat recently even, rain and 9 °C in the morning - and I was so content to be able to walk to work without all the damn heat; and with 9 °C I certainly wont wear a jacket or anything, since I am actively moving around - a simple T-shirt will do. As I am quite comfy around those temperatures, you cant imagine the pure hell 30+ outdoors is for me. At 0°C and wind I wear what other consider a wind jacket. If its windy I might close the buttons, thats about it. I dont even know what to hope for a vacation: Good cool weather so I am allowed to live like a human being and not like a sponge for both blood(mosquitoes) and water(sweat)? or rather heat and hope for cold days when I am working because I can sleep in the morning when its cooler less unacceptable.
