[BORZ] baldscouse Players 4 posts Report post #1 Posted November 4, 2016 When is the issue of ships going to be sorted of ships being stuck in battle 24 hours ive been waiting so far for my iowa and still nothing with no compensation i paid for premium so i could get to montana i would of had it today if it wasnt for wargaming technical issue and all support say is they cant give compensation well unless its fixed soon i want a full refund as my iowa is now rendered useless Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I am not being combative, I am genuinely inquiring. Because, I have played many, many high level p2p subscription-based games and literally none of the companies offered any compensation for longer and more serious hiccups than this one. I am not defending the policy, but I am interested why you singled out WG, as if they are some kind of oddity. Again, I am genuinely asking as I am curious about your experiences, because I have yet to stumble upon a company that would act differently. I mean, my account have been blocked (by accident, acknowledged by the support team) for three days in WoW. Which is a paid game by an established company, on top of it having a subscription. They apologized in the email and I got no compensation of any kind, not even in-game items. Servers gone down for ~4 days out of seven in Blade and Soul (unplanned), I had premium account, nothing was compensated, not even acknowledged. In ff14arr, also paid p2p game with subscription, something wasn't being processed on their end and I ended up losing two days of subscription - nothing was compensated nor did I get an apology when they sorted it out. HotS, had a premium account, servers got iffy and went down due to an attack, no compensation. And so on and so forth. While I do frown upon all these, I don't see WG being any different. Losing a ship in battle for a couple of days seems mild in comparison. I can see they've been having issues today with login not working for a while, but generally the up time and performance of wows has always seemed rather good overall.
