Firstly, I almost exclusively sail DD's and if I put 5 torps into a BB please feel free to sink it. Secondly, if there is a cruiser on 768 health or whatever broadside on 6km away after someone else has clobbered it I will fire on it & hopefully sink it in one volley. It would be an utter waste of a BB salvo & in the time it is staying alive it could do anything. Lastly, there is no such thing as a kill steal, it doesn't matter who kills the enemy as long as they are dead.
