Since we can get all ARP ships now.. what about the 3 other captains like Gunzou, Iona and Kirishima Bear?

Takao tier 8, you need tier 9+ ship for the mission.

 

For an Yamato class, that would be Halloween event ships ( as they are tier XI's )

 

I could think of an Igor, smoked up by an allied DD, showing Yamato the tier difference.

The Asian server got Iona as lvl 16 captain. We are stuck with 4 Hieis.

No, just no. We got 2 Ionas (possibly 3 if you completed the Kirishima mission while it was bugged) - one with 0 skill points and the second with 10 points and if you got the bugged one it was only a 0sp captain aswell. EU was the ONLY server to get a 16sp ARP commander (Hiei), the best ASIA got were 12 sp Myoko & Nachi

 

I think you can select the voiceovers from the nationality list setting. But that will change all ships, not only the arp. And i don't know if gunzou has a voiceactor.

Hmmm dunno.. With Gunzo I got a very pecularly feeling... Not to make any political incorrect suggestions but if you're not responding to Takao and slightly to Iona who seems to be a underage girl to me or that guy with his 3 eyes,  I'm not sure where his interests are lying. I can for certain say I don't share those interest. My point being: I'd kick that character out of port if I got the chance. I would also revert to playing 1 tier below the requirement to get Gunzo so not to take any chance...

Not to make any political incorrect suggestions but if you're not responding to Takao and slightly to Iona who seems to be a underage girl to me or that guy with his 3 eyes,  I'm not sure where his interests are lying. I can for certain say I don't share those interest. My point being: I'd kick that character out of port if I got the chance. I would also revert to playing 1 tier below the requirement to get Gunzo so not to take any chance...

 

I would like to have Iona available..just so that they can fix Kirishima's voice to be "kirishima's voice" instead of Iona. Iona can the stay at the reserve bench so that i can never hear here voice again.

Ok, I have found the newspost on ASIA now. It was Iona with 10 points indeed. Thanks for clarifying, I just read the above in EU forum and took it for granted

Nonetheless, ASIA still got Iona with 10 points. It was even a gift. A reward for successfully logging into the game. A captain that was completely left out on EU for whatever reason. I would gladly trade one of my Hieis for her, even my lvl 16 one.

Errr... OK, you're free to see whatever you want, but it's not true that Gunzou doesn't "respond" to Takao, at the very least. He has enough faith in her to send her on a critical mission, and considers her a part of the Blue Steel fleet. Also, he does respond quite well to Hyuuga in the manga, and it's pretty clear he has more than a lingering affection for Kotono Amaha, his love from the naval academy.
