Division problems

As of 10 minutes ago, me and my house mate can't enter battles in a division.

 

We enter the queue, the rotating loading icon shows up, then we get booted back to the queue where the timer increases forever. Trying to leave the queue just gives us an eternal loading wheel, forcing us to shut down the game through task manager.

 

This happened after we'd played in a division just fine, without exiting or updating in between. We are able to play in battles seperately.

 

Anyone else having this problem?

This happened to me a few times in the last few weeks. It only happens (for me at least) while I am part of a division. The queue screen has the wheel spinning in the middle but no ships are shown in the queue list. It also does not kick you out after the 5 minutes, you are stuck there.

What I also noticed, the game is not frozen. If I click the close button ( "x" ) from the taskbar, I am presented with the exit dialog ingame. So I choose "exit" and the game exits normally. Then I start it back.

It seems its a bug ,only way its to restart the game once you passed the 5 min que time.And you should be good

^ what they said. happened to me and some friends, just force closing the client and restarting fixes it. no ideea of cause or root remedy
