Bwoah that fast!? I just managed to get 1616 BEXP in 6th game, while saving my tunnel-vision-chased-by-enemy CV in action packed double CV Hiryu-Kaga duo MM while being roast to crisp by french Baguettes and some german sausages chasing me. Managed to Dreadnought with 4k health.

Gawddem tunnel vision CV, thank goodness he shot down 30+ planes though.

 

Sorry just need vent off my creative writing brain.

There is this new competitior to KanColle called Azur Lane and a lot of KanColle fans have migrated to Azur Lane due to its better gameplay. (It's a bullet-hell shooter rather than RNG mess )

They also appreciate the variations on popular shipgirl designs used by the game.

This is what we call "overdesigned".

This is the feeling I get when looking at AL Zeppelin, compared with KC Zeppelin.

 

Yuudachi:

Cute puppy is cute and all, but Poi Yuudachi is better by a country mile.

Why does she need to show off so much skin, anyway? Poi only did so in her half-damage art, or while wearing a bikini for summer.

Not to mention I'm seeing a major pattern here where girls with skirts are always positioned to give us an up-skirt shot.

Sex sells and all.

I shouldn't really be the one complaining about 'sex sells', though, especially seeing as Lebe and Max were both pretty low down on my 'list' until they got bikinis. And the fact that the tan-skinned girls were always way up on my list.

 

I'll give AL credit where it's due:

I like the Hood and Prince of Wales designs, even if Hood looks a tad too flat in her normal attire. At least the artist doing PoW did his research.

Fuso and Yamashiro I like their AL designs over their KC designs. I just plain don't like the artstyle of their KC artist.

personally, im playing both now, i mean I like both games (gotta admit kancolle is definitely still my favourite of the two by far. I mean why not play both, both are good games with a similar concept but both are still VERY different games. Nothing bad comes with a little competition, so im not gonna give up on either and i'm gonna keep enjoying both.

I agree that KC and AL are two entirely different games. Pretty much the only thing they have in common is the general concept of "WWII warships = waifus", really.

Also KC you can play "passively" (aka while doing something else), while AL you have to play actively (unless the level of your ships far exceeds the level of the map you're doing). Imo it doesn't make sense to play one over the other since you can play both at the same time. :D

Google "jumping spiders with water droplets". It's staged (sadly jumping spiders don't actually like to wear water droplets as hats normally), but it's just looks so adorably cute that even arachnophobes like it (insofar as you can trust online comments ... they do look adorable though!). And jumping spiders are like the energetic puppies of the spider world anyway, so a neat entry level to start with getting more familiar with spiders anyway (certainly more appreciable than running facefirst into the early project of a particularily overachieving spider who intended to spin its web across an entire walkway ... nerd!).
