Nelson isn't T8 either. And Black is also a T9 prem. B-65 seemed a bit unbalanced at T9 as well so I moved her to T10 but then it would likely be a CW reward or something and be very limited which I also am not a fan of.

imo it would work better as a CW reward ship cause at least you have a prize and if it were open to all, it would be too OP....

I say for that ship, I aint talking about Nelson or Black. 

But I prefer it to be alt T7 IJN CB line, so we all can get that ship.

If we can reclassified to BB (or CB in the future) we can bring down its tier and not be OP.

I don't think that limited releases of anticipated ships in a OP state is something good for the game. Make it balanced through stats (like long reload etc) and give everyone an opportunity instead of just the top clans. I'd want to play B-65 as well but I will never play at top clan level because I can't commit so much time and effort into training etc, nor does my clan.

Thats true but its literally a mini tirpitz with a smaller profile, Better torps and more guns.....

It doesn't have anywhere near the armour and the guns are significantly lower caliber, not to mention IJN torp angles.

I assume her torps are in the middle? I didnt see them, but at least she has torps..... sure she has no armour but you know how Jap BBs play right? Campy playstyles... She cant brawl (No armour) her torps are yes a little useless if at the rear but the guns are really what surprise me....

You arent blind. The torp launchers are right there behind the smoke stack, they are like the torp turrets you see on the quad launchers. See Armament, all the torps, guns are highlighted in Black.

What you are referring to looks more like secondary battery to me.

EDIT:

Although, to be fair, this is a cruiser, so you are probably right that what I saw as torpedo launcher is actually a catapault.

Some proof please? As those absolutely do not look like torplaunchers at all. Those middleship black things are drawn like secondary battery turrets.

 

So, either the torplaunchers are drawn badly and secondary battery turrets are missing

 

or

 

Artist did draw only 2 secondary turrets for some **** reason. But I think the above one is the case. Why the 2nd Batt. isn't drawn then?
