I think in early beta, there wasn't even a MM limitation, other than tier 1 and 2 had their own bracket, everything else was free against each other, but I might remember wrong, soo many years ago.

 

Yeah, WoWS +/- 3 was imho fine. If anything, WoT needs the much ranted +/- 1, not WoWS.

 

Prem ammo for credits was a big f*ck up imo, made heavy armor more or less irrelevant.

Yeh, WoT BADLY needs the +1/-1 MM. Especially at low tiers. Seriously many tier 3 can simply not damage any of the tier 5 heavies. Their AP bounce, their HE has such a low damage that that the armor absorbs all of it, and even the premium ammo does not allways work.

An example, the tier 3 japanese mediums premium ammo has 90 something penetration, while a KV-1 has 100mm of frontal armor. Yep, fair and balanced.

Well this is the EU server, so the mods have to also go to the other forums and all like the German one. In NA they have only one language anyway so....

Tier 2 could not meet tier 5. Tier 1 and 2 were seperate in their own spread if I recall.

Back in early closed beta I used to farm tier 2 to gather free XP, since playing tier 3 was suicide as you would be up against tank you could not even touch.

I remember getting a tier 4, think I was happy for having something that looked like it was worth it, only to get blasted by a tiger 2 or something else big and powerfull. Can't remember exactly what it was, too many years ago.

Kancolle does not have a Shinano. There was some artwork for one at some point, but it never came in to the game.

Shinano probably would not really be usefull anyway with how powercreep has been a serious thing in that game.

Yeah i Distinctly remember facing kv-2s in my Bt-2 and panzerJager

then i also remember facing t6 in my 38t.. was that a thing?

As far as KanColle goes, Im in World 2-2 now, my current fleet form up is Hyuuga Kai, Fusou, JunYou, Shouhou (one with nature), Ashigara and Choukai. I was able to get most of my light cruisers and a few DDs like Yuudachi to Kai....

I have Kako, Chikuma, Tone, Myoukou, Nachi who arent in a fleet yet, Ill try to get them upgraded but ehh...
