So Im thinking bout starting KanColle. Dunno, maybe Ill try it out for a bit (Better late than never) Anyway, just gonna try it out, at least get a grip on it before these vacations end (sad) I have approx. 3 days, then its back to doing the same thing all over again. And people say School days were the best days..... Just try out CBSE...

KanColle is very static. I've never played it, but I think I get enough out of it by watching others play.

If you think RNG is bad in WoWS, wait until you try KC...

I forgot to mention, you need to jump through a few dozen hoops to actually get yourself an account and server slot.

Was bout to say, disregard what I said before, I got the game, now need to switch over to JST and make an account. Time to see whether I'm deemed to be lucky or unlucky.... (Hope it's lucky, I need that luck for the finals)

You can actually just create an account on the English version of DMM (although you will not be able to access Kancolle from it). I also highly recommend installing KC3 which did all the proxy stuff for me. Never needed to change to JST or any system settings in general.

Then again maybe I just got lucky.

Also, make sure you do not sign up to one of the chinese bootleg versions.

Best to follow guides like the one on Kancolle Wiki and so on. Then once you are set up, you can use viewers like KC3 on chrome to bypass a lot of the problems of playing the game, once you have signed up and created a kancolle account.

Regarding WoWS Kaga; at some point I was about to buy her but then, thanks to great "year of the CV" I didn't do it.

I'm not really into "having waifus", but Kaga's personality (in KC duh) is something that suits me/ I like whatever how you say it :P

The problem I have with a lot of Japanese "waifu games" is that the personality needs to be muted enough to appeal to the maximum to people. It's why I don't like the original personality of the girls too much, they're just rather bland. I very much prefer the borderline psychological issues that the fan made comics tend to invoke. Though I guess it doesn't say good things about me when I find "cute" to be irritating and bland whereas I find "crazy" to be far more compelling and attractive.

Honestly, I think KanColle did a very good job at portraying some deep characters given the handful of line they actually have.

Some are just a bit too stereotypical tho. Haruna for example is too perfect IMO, but some girls like Kazagumo or Yahagi actually have quite the believable personality.

So was able to get on the server (URAAAA) I got Kisaragi (And I lost her) Im a very bad Admiral.... RIP Kisaragi..... I closed the game and tried to get back, but now its saying, not available... But at least I was able to play, I got 2 Shiratsuyu Class DDs (Not Yuudachi) But now theres a chance that I wont be able to get back, but lets see, Ill try...

It is most likely saying unavailable due to you it detecting you are from another region.

Like the rest of us (or anyone outside Japan), you need to find some way around that, like a VPN or a viewer that does it for you.
