I don't even TRY to google it, instead I just occassionally look for nice pictures here - while some of them are still 'over the edge' for my tastes (seriously, can't people think of their gender of preference without their genitals screwing over their brains) because the 'this-is-a-game-forum-so-you-cannot-post-inappropriate-stuff'-filter works more or less fine. It means at least the things I really don't want to know about don't enter my memories, which is important when you have the memory of an elephant.

I dont think that fits into it so much, just designing the appearance and we can all decide individually, but that does sound pretty cool XD.

I just re-watched Sabagebu the other day and I think it's totally gonna fit Enterprise.

Extreme survivalist-like. Give her an unkempt camouflaged uniform with a Marine helmet tilted on one side for example.

 

Grey hair for the Grey ghost, as txtspeak said, maybe short, add it glaring tired eyes or something.

I am 99% sure she is not from an anime, as there are not really any real anime (they are VERY few and far between. It seems that anytime you see military anime girls like that, they are just random drawings by people.

 

On the other hand, E2 hard is kicking my [edited]on last dance. Those new Nu class are a pain the butt.

Izetta is a fantasy-like WW2.

The studio did a fantastic studio on modeling tanks, planes and so on. And the plot is quite interesting.

It's basicly standard Yuri enime (from what little I watched) set in an alternate setting of WW2.

 

The fact that the promotional are is a witch riding an anti tank rifle as a broom with (somewhat revealing clothes) shows that it is not primarily a military.

 

If one is looking for more serious military anime, there is Zipang, an anime about a moderns Japanese DD ending up in WW2 around midway. It is decent and really plays with the question of where ones loyalties lie and if the old japan is still the home of the modern day sailors stranded in WW2. It tries to not make neither the allies or the japanese appear evil, make of it what you will. It actually mostly involves the internal conflicts in the japanese armed forces.

 

Then there is also Jormungander, an anime about a small mercenary unit in modern times.
