I also wasn't fan of jiji's designs and AL managed to get something much better. Loli DD's in AL version looks so cute and had no pedo-vibe like KC counterparts. When we considered that jiji is pedo artist then everything is more clear  Submarine looks strange and makes me feels uneasy. 

 

Probably in pool with Abruzzi sits Garibaldi. Funfact found on reddit. Abruzzi has prosthetic hand as Luigi Abruzzi lost part of hand due to frostbite during Arctic exploration. Did any other girl in AL also had such thing? I remember Downes has strange one eye and Terror is just very specific to say at least ( still being a namesake of survey ship from Franklin Expedition which crew before death passed unspeakable horrors rather self explains much )

 

Giulio Cesare skin is just instantbuy. With Vittorio Veneto it depends from more factors. I was not fan of Zara pool skin and Pola skin also didn't catch me. Abruzzi and Aquila will be strongly considered. Again Sardagena moves to the first place ex eaquo with Iris/Vichiya as favourite faction in game.

Maybe it's strange but many CNed skins looks much better for me. I know that many skins for EN/JP must be overly "visible" but sometimes it's just untasty. Let's take both Monarch skins. She is extremely sexy, attractive and elegant in the same time. New skins are mostly very sexy and attractive but definitely not elegant.

Got everything and even Vittorio Veneto with Novorosiysk1 joined Shikkan White Frame Task Force as 40 and 41 member respectively I think Shikkan has some kind of problem in base or maybe not? 

 

CN and JP have now rerun of Tartu event while EN has rerun of Hardy event. Interesting did it means rerun of Richelieu event or maybe it's just not connected with anything?

Great. I got 75k/20k chocolate, thanks in part to helping a friend unlock the bikinis from a retired event.

I also finally reached level 25 with the Attacker role and got the special marbled dice.

Considering CN, JP and EN are all supposed to be having content parity now, it's surprising we're getting different reruns of small events.

Tartu's event is the only one of the two with a direct connection to a large event - that being the Richelieu event. Although Z2 does show up in the story of the whatsitcalled event (the Suruga event - the one that hinted at Shinano waay back in Jan 2020).

It could be that JP/CN is getting the Richelieu rerun event and we're getting Suruga rerun? Then a new major event after that and the following rerun events will be flipped between regions (i.e. we'll get Richelieu and JP/CN will get Suruga)?

Don't know at this point, we'll likely have to wait another week or two to find out.

For fun, let's go ahead and give the specific reason we chose to "oath" the shipgirl in question. If you oathed them just for the stat boost, that's perfectly fine and no judgement here.

Originally she was the shipgirl that got me into AL, so naturally I oathed her when I got the opportunity. She's cute, but very dim so I feel more like a protector than anything else with her.

However;

Ning Hai.

I oathed both sisters at the same time, partly to make sure they both got the stat boosts, but after a while I came to actually find "big sis" Ning Hai more appealing than the li'l sis.

I guess that means I'm into short stacks, huh? Either that or I like being hen pecked.

 

Yat Sen.

Much like with Ning Hai above, originally I oathed her just for the stat boosts, but I do like her demure personality too. Oath skin ended up being the icing on the cake.

 

Ryuujou.

My favourite WW2-era light carrier, which is partly a hold over on KC's RJ being my favourite in that game. She's a hard working girl who deserves love.

Also delicious tummy.

Two categories are most important. Redheads-of-the-war and Milfs-of-the-war. First category is finished as fleet Monarch, Ise, Chitose + Zara, Honolulu, Bremerton are my default PvP flex fleet. Second category awaits only for Graf Zeppelin as Monarch, Shinano, Prince of Wales, Ise, Azuma, Friedrich and Izumo are completed. We can exctract third category Ara-ara-of-the-war. 

 

Redheads cause no.1, funny character design like Victorious or Littorio no.2, flex above all!

Ayanami, Laffey : Think all starting DDs are cute + for a long time the retro-versions were some of the strongest DDs, so pledging was kind of a no brainer

Belfast: Let me phrase it that way: Bel is the WoWs ship I have the most games on + I dig the whole maid theme

Warspite&Nagato: Pledge = better stats + I like the shrine theme on Nagato

Unicorn... One of the cutest CV in the game + for a long time one of the if not the best healer...worth a pledge in my book

Yat Sen, Z-23, Aurora: Simply for the wedding skins

Regarding the Sardegna Event: managed to get all incl amagi-chan. Now working on Hunter&Hardy, which I missed last time...

 

EDIT2: got one pledge ring left, think I'm gonna save it... atm I'm primarily pledging ships for the wedding skins and the ones that are left atm are either not my taste (Ente for example), belong to ships I already have other skins -esp l2d ones- (like Cleveland or Yukikaze) or are ships I either don't have (FdR) or I'm never going to field anyway.
