Not that she's that notable, but has anybody else gotten our newest torpedo target maid in the construction pool? I got her on the first try after the update.

PR2 is an independent pool from PR1, so no, you won't need to research all of the PR1s first.

Hmmm... I think that I'll try and give Gascogne a try. I'm in no shape to gun for FdG and Azuma, so I'll stick with a girl from my Latin sister!

First or second build after maintaince for me. That's nice because I'm collecting RN CL's but she is only Rare so I think it's not a problem to get her from light pool which is relatively cheap.

 

About PR farm I have maybe strange tactic but I'm linking farming PR with leveling characters which I will use in future. In example during farming for Ibuki I'm leveling Isuzu which as I read had second highest AA stat ( worse that I will probably didn't use Atago and Abukuma after finishing farming ), for Saint Louis I will use Montpellier, San Diego and Helena ( I neglected USN so far so I should fix it ) and during farm for Izumo I will use beyond Amagi probably also one 0LB BB from Ise class which are medicore  ( and maybe beyond farming tech points I will rather not use ) and Nagato which is top tier as I read. I will leave Roon because I simply can't stand her and unfortunately for this case PR ships can't be scrapped

D'aaaw, those are all pretty sweet, especially Ning Hai and Ping Hai. Gonna put a ring on those two someday as well.

 

At the moment I'm also patiently waiting for ink-stained steel sakura rerun to get my hands on Nagato (I joined the week after the event ended -.-)

No jokes about their age this time  and I'm really interesting how this RoCN Vanguard is working on high chapter maps? I heard one time that it's some kind of strongest posible Vanguard Fleets. I'm asking because I have Fully Limit Broke Ning Hai and Ping Hai but unfortunately no Yat Sen.

The phrase "They won't die, but you will time-out" is relevant.

I've had no problem with them as a 0-ammo clearing fleet all the way to 11-3 (even on auto!), but it is dependant on having Yat Sen, due to her having the evasion buff.

Also, don't forget to retrofit Ning/Ping for extra speed and firepower.

I'm a fan of his, so I'm well aware (this is the main reason I have oathed her). I'm currently eagerly anticipating Machine Child, a raising sim he's currently developing, as well as the English translation of Eiyuu*Senki Gold (no link for this one ), being worked on by Jast USA (and this is why ). They will be retrofitted but tbh without Yat Sen they have lesser priority ( I wait for Lunar New Year because I could get her even if I need to spend 200 cubes ) also I need my Purple Bullins for other ships. How they fight exactly on Chapter 12? Currently I'm on 11-1 but I for sure made this meme fleet.

Don't treat how I've built them as optimal, I just picked what I thought made the most sense. I'm honestly considering swapping either Ning Hai's main gun or Yat Sen's first main gun for the Neptune gun to try and add a bit of AP shell coverage. Not that I'm even certain CL AP is actually worth it.

Also, note how very few auxillary equipment (across all of my waifus) is above +6: that's because I'm running chronically low on Lvl2 and 3 auxillary upgrade plates.
