She's a common drop, but one of her base abilities boosts the firepower of cruisers in the fleet, so that's what makes her useful in an all-cruiser ensemble. London is a CA. RN CAs carry torps. Not DD level torp power, but still decent. London for example is inbetween Leander and other CAs like York, but way ahead of stuff like Prinz Eugen. And obviously beats USN in torps.

@Riselotte @Captain_LOZFFVII Ahh ok thanks you too, im pretty new so i have no clue whats good or bad in terms of ships, so i tend to go with what more experienced players choose to be on the safe side. Also i have noticed this game is more generous than most other mobile games i've played so far.

 

ill show you my line ups and my dock once i upload the images so that you know what i have and give me better tips.

 

i like using Z23 in my lineup (who is also at 90 affinity) i also have edinburgh not sure how good she is as well.

@BrigadierRosen Dont bother level up multiple of the same ship. Use them for strengthen.

You use your duplicates either to increase the star rating (limit break) the same character (for improved stats and unlocking some skills) or you can feed them to other characters for stat boosts.

The other benefit to limit breaking characters is if you increase the star rating of characters as part of certain groups you can unlock bonus stuff through the collection, like new shipgirls or items including gems.

 

EDIT:

Just be careful when feeding them to other characters as, for example, a destroyer will not gain firepower or torpedo from an aircraft carrier. Likewise, there's no point feeding torpedo stats to something that doesn't equip torpedoes.

Well, I'll spell it out for you, I noticed you hadn't locked your starter - locking a ship prevents you from accidentally getting rid of them for any reason. It's really good practice to get into locking at least one copy of every ship you get.

Hokay, no seriously, that outfit is just too much. Shimakaze's outfit looks like winter wear compared with that bikini. I'm honestly a bit shocked that the AL devs removed Ping Hai's original bikini but still allowed that^ bikini.

Level up Portland but not Indianapolis? Doesn't Portland have a skill that buffs herself if she's in the same fleet as Indy?

Yes. They also are quite tanky. Just slow, no torps. I'd use Belfast, Edinburgh and Ajax. Replacing Edinburgh or Ajax with Leander for buff skill once obtained. Or some other decent buff cruiser.

Starting ships aren't locked. New ships you get asked to lock everytime you get your first copy. Also, lock Long Island, btw. Same issue as with Z23.

i locked Z23 but i cant long island as they just went into maintenance.

Noticed ~1hr ago, got my commisions running as I do other stuff.

yes, my suggestion is level up portland first because she is first class dmg dealer.It seems i levelled them both, but i levelled Portland first then Indianapolis,they are in almost same level because they get level 100 before game increase the level limit from 100 to 120
