Ichiban finally matches up to her sisters (though I still like Murasame most of the class).

 

Yuugumo seems also ok. Tenryuu... I guess her AA stat is great.

Shiratsuyu is great now. Still a bit behind Murasame and Shigure in both lady-ness and cuteness, but her Kai Ni is a big improvement over her standard CG.

 

Just look at this happy doggo family.

 

 

I don't like Tenryuu at all. Tatsuta Kai Ni is much better.

Yeah I'm super pleased with Shiratsuyu; its about damn time she got her kai ni! She looks better than ever; another wonderful doggo!

 

I am kind of dissapointed with Yūgumo, was expecting a little more; but at least she got to keep her expression XD.

 

As for Tenryuu.. yeah I didn't like her before... this hasn't improved my opinion.

I hadn't really been following the updates of the game, and just noticed that Ichiban had the remodel button activated. So I clicked it. Never looked back. I like that she's not overdesigned. And long hair is always a plus.

 

Tenryuu looks off-model. Her proportions are wrong.

 

Yuugumo looks... okay? Nothing wrong with her, but I'm not hyped.

Don't think they're wrong. She just has ridiculous high heels that make her legs appear way out of proportion.

Takao looks good normally, but with long her she's amazing.

 

Max I find kinda meh normally, but with long hair I'd actually get her in my port.

 

Hamakaze's one of the better looking destroyers (and not for those two reasons), but even she looks better with long hair.

 

Tama is one of those I didn't care for originally, but her updated look is far better. Updating her hair a bit to the long side would possibly make her best in class.

That Max Schultz reminded me of an adult Leberecht Maas I saw once in a collection about Destroyers in their 30s. I guess I agree, long hair is superior.

Ship's pretty fun, especially when you're no longer stock. Reasonably tanky and agile. At the moment I've not really enjoyed playing cruisers at all, so I've not played her much lately.

For me, the right hair length is dependant on the person/character.

That Max, for instance, looks totally wrong to me because she should be boyish with short hair.

Takao looks fine either way. Hamashukaze looks okay with long hair, but I still think she looks better with short hair - it fits her personality better.

Tama is a weird one, it seems I only really like catgirls with short hair:

The preceeding ships were pretty ok. Most had their issues, but also strengths. And I just love the 4x3 torp setups. Played also HSF Graf Spee a good bit recently. I like having finally a ship in the line that can tank shells without always having to bait them on the belt though.

 

Now, I hope they give us Prinz Eugen for the next part.
