I am sure the Russian ships will the leading culprit's even though they never got it to work during the Second world war! then stole it for others after! Ahh, my friend, but do not forget, it is extremely hard to get Black, so to further balance it out pretty much only Super-Unicum players could reasonably be expected to have one (or their little siblings on an illicit gaming binge).
