No. Otherwise i had it a 3rd time, -))). With Oktober coming you might be able to get Fujin wich is the same Ship with a different camo. edit: If they really nerf minekazes torps by 11kn with the reshuffle of the IJN line thogh we might not see another sale run thogh because unnerfed funjin and kamikaze are pretty much pay to win. One has to wonder if the IJN DDs rework has something to do with this... kamikaze has great stats... I got Murmansk at tier 5, which is the best cruiser tier 4-7 in stats. I am now checking for a tier 7-10 cruiser... I want the one with the best stats, however I will have to wait for english cruisers because at high level they seam very good... I will get Arizona or Texas as they have best stats as BBs tier 4-7, and I got Scharnhorst which has great stats as tier 7-10 BB I have ijn CVs tier 5-6, us CV tier 4 and above 8, I will buy also Saipan... which doesn't have good stats but it's all different than the others and the only one premium now about dds, I want the best tier 4-7, and kamikaze has clearly the bests stats and it it not that expensive... So there were basically 3 sales events. Its not unresonable that we see her this Halloween again i think she was anonced on asia server If I remember corectly. Minekaze is normamaly a bit better. well... kamikaze only beats minekaze in survivability rating, where it has 18 and minekaze 17... you could say that minekaze has better ratings... but it's clear that somehow people do better with kamikaze than they do with minekaze... for some reason, probably the faster training for captains in this case... or probably the camouflage of the premium ships... whatever it is... However, people are putting their captains from their tier 9/10 ships into Kamikaze R, and these captains have lots of skills, chief of which is "Concealment Expert". Kamikaze R has great stats because good players kept it after project R finished and they are using it for credits making and captain retraining. While weak players who got Kamikaze R sold it for some 3 million credits. I personally have made about 40 million credits so far with Kamikaze R for various purposes and also made 980.000 XP with it for various captains ( I am non premium). I have a Fujin and If it has better arcs for torps than Minekaze it's so slightly that I haven't noticed it, so I said they haven't better torp arcs, they're the same. Well, I haven't played Fujin or Minekaze in "a while" so excuse me if I'm not correct about a ship I haven't touched in a few weeks, maybe a month or so. I also don't look at that type of charts and judge the differences by just playing the ships, so it doesn't seem that much of a difference while playing. If you wait until the end of October I reckon there is a better than good chance that the Fujin will be sold again and it is identical to the Kamikaze R except for the paint job.
