Dragon Flags earn you + 333% Commander XP each battle

It gets better -- if you meet the following milestones on September 16, you'll get the following rewards after September 19:

  • 500 battles: you'll get 50x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 1,000 battles: you'll get 100x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 2,000 battles: you'll get 150x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 3,000 battles: you'll get 200x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 4,000 battles: you'll get 250x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 5,000 battles: you'll get 300x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 6,000 battles: you'll get 350x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 7,000 battles: you'll get 400x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.
  • 8,000 battles, you'll get 450x "Dragon" Consumable Flags - +50 for each tier X you own.

 

It's good to see the veterans being rewarded for once.

 

It's not confirmed if the EU gets this as well (chances are quite big though, but then again, you never know *cough* WG 18th birthday *ahem*).

So posting this here, so those who are just shy of X-thousand battles can get some grinding done to get in a higher bracket.

It only took them 6 days to get the September-calendar online... I guess we can expect an announcement regarding the WoWS-anniverary on September 21st.

Only 704 games - with 14 ships in the port thats 50 AFK rounds for every ship. *easy*

Come on this is an event starting at 16. September. That is 10 days from now! You can't expect WG EU to be THAT early come on.

Maybe if we are lucky we get an announcement on the 16. september (stillwaiting for the announcement for the current ARP Mission and this is ongoing since 01. August)

So you get rewarded for randomly being close to a milestone when that [edited] begins buf if you are still far away from the next milestone you will get jack [edited] [edited]that, I'll get less flags than someone who just reaches 500 battles that during that period even though I have 10 times more battles. This is not really rewarding veterans as much as drawing random winners by their number of battles.

This is also enabling already experienced players to train a horde of sealclub captains for mid and low tier. Not a good idea I think

Only if WG removes the hardcap on available reports so I can flag every AFKer as bot and can get them banned when WG looks at their couple hundred AFK games. :trollface:

 

Maybe WG can cut them a deal to lift the ban for the price of 10k Doubloons per account. I'll take a 5% cut for that if WG wants to be gracious in light of my brilliant idea, even willing to give them a bulk rebate (3% cut for every unlocked account exceeding the threshold) if the numbers of payed for ban-lifts exceeds say 100 accounts. :popcorn:

I stopped playing this around New Year and never got any tier X ships.  I just recently started again because of the RN ships finally coming.  I've my first Tier IX unlocked but I'll not get a tier X by then.

Oh well.

 

Wait - I'm only 26 battles off 2,000 so....

The event calender got me intrigued.

 

17 - 20 September: Weekend Special: WoWs First Anniversary!

World of Warships will be celebrating its first year on the high seas this month, which means exclusive missions and discounts are inbound! More on the Portal when the time comes.

 

Missions? As in multiples?

 

What do we get? Will we have to grind for it or will we actually get something for free like the US does? Will it be the same?
