Do not touch my Fubuki please! I currently have ~200 000 xp on my Fubuki, and a lot of xp on other ships in line. Now I really wonder what will happen, so I have to keep my eyes on every news considering this thing, so I don't "waste" all of that xp on some things I really don't want (leaving all that xp on fubuki just to see its stucked on t6, or wasting it to unlock something if they will give us some kind of compensation etc...) Either way, too bad for Fubuki to get moved from t8 since it was still a quite nice ship at that tier... wonder how will they nerf it for t6... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ew. -The transition from Shiratsuyu (2x4 torps, typical Japanese DD 127mm guns) to Akizuki (1x4 torps + 8x100mm guns) is gonna be hard. [PRAVD] Takeda92 Weekend Tester 3,802 posts 8,478 battles Report post #29 Posted September 5, 2016 (edited) This new arrangement will make sense in other ways: - Minekaze has three launchers, which will lead to Fubuki who will have three launchers as well. - Aktatstuki at tier 7 will also have three launchers - The 2nd line will only have two launchers, but will upgrade from triples to quadruples at tier 7. From the pictures: -Shiratsuyu will have 5 127mm guns and two quadruple launchers. A clear upgrade from Hatsuharu -Akatsuki and Yuugumo are very similar to Fubuki and Kagero torpedoes and gun wise. -Akizuki will be the major difference. 4x2 100mm guns, and only one quadruple launcher. Got the camo and have almost 160 battles with Fubuki. Interested how will I be compensated... Utter bollocks this change is. Egoleter ∞ Players 4,046 posts Report post #37 Posted September 5, 2016 As someone who owns Fubuki with more then enough xp to unlock Kagero (but never bought it, because of the state high tier IJN DDs are in the game right now), I'm quite "concerned" about how will they make this happen... PLEASE DON'T SCREW THIS ONE UP WG. PLEASE. My situation is similar. I did unlock the Kagero but never bought it. Will I still have acces to Tier 9 IJN DDs? What about other players that got to the Fubuki and get downgraded on tier. Will they be compensated for the spend XP and gametime just to be thrown back or will they keep their level of access? What about the value of the ships? I'm sure they will be adjusted. But will there be a compensation if the ship suddenly is worth less? Will the ships keep their access to all their current modules? There are so many questions involved that need to be sorted. Plenty of room for Wargaming to mess it up. They have a tendency to do so if they get the chance. I hope they get it right this time. I'll have my 3x3 launchers over 2x4 any day of the week. If this goes through I might go for the T8 Akizuki gunboat or just stay at T7 with Akatsuki. Dunno. Still pissed they are moving my fav. Edit: I just realized the split-line doesnt reconnect to the Yugumo and Shimakaze, wtf. Inb4 WG manages to create the same situation as in WoT, where we have six different german T8 TDs and four of them premium; probably USN DDs or cruisers. WG will with nearly 100% certainty replace your Fubuki with the new T8 Kagero and transfer all XP you gained with your Fubuki. So there is nothing to worry about. [THESO] MrWastee Players 4,255 posts 33,550 battles Report post #49 Posted September 5, 2016 oh noez.... played benson and buki at last t8 ranked season and decided to keep fubuki. got a 17 pts. cap on (exclusesively for ranked) and the prem cammo as well. anything that not includes me a t8 ijn dd, fully set up with modules and the like (may even prem cammo) and the possibility to assign my 17pts. captn for free, for me not really is acceptable! i don't necessarily need to keep buki on t6 (got kamikaze ), but i want an, for me effortless, compensation on t8! all the effort i already put in the buki (got shima as well) has been t8 at least, not t6... with this change all the reasons i fledged the buki that much out are gone, don't make it a total waste plz!!!
