Its driving me crazy if the shown dmg doesn't fit the ribbons and vice versa. If module hits are also counted why not adding a fifth ribbon showing modul penetration (and therefore no dmg because a module sucked it up). At least make the ribbons fit the dmg. Getting 5 penetrations shown put only dmg worth 2 overpens is making me rage quite hard. yeah... i had that it hink with the Tirpitz some time ago... i think overlal 70 to 80k damage with x penetrations and 2 citadels (not counting overpenetrations etc... x penetrations because i dont remember the amount)... later i calculated... the amount of Penetrations, if they would've had the damage the ribbon suggested... were over 90k damage all by their own... it's driving me ballistics... Well with the AP nerfs to the Ishizuchi, Atago and then a sledgehammer to the Tachibana's AP you're gonna start nerfing other premium ships now? You can change captain skills and apply indirect nerfs to ships because captains are not part of the ship so you can change those all you like but I will not stand by while 3 premium ships get their AP nerfed. The Zucchini's AP is terrible as it is against any other BB, and now somehow WG has found a way to make it worse. Meanwhile the Nikolai's AP gets a small buff. Well done. Shell normalisation changes were not noticeable in the ships I tested. Also people don't understand normalisation isn't always a BUFF if its high for big guns. Since they simply change the apparent thickness of armour faced by a shell, a high caliber shell is more likely to pen thin armour with a lower normalisation. Plus the changed numbers are small. I don't see this as a significant buff or nerf to AP. Its too situational. And Tachibana... you don't think the normalisation value was 68 degrees do you?
