Can people stop saying "aiming bot" when they lose

Besides being accused of using a hack I see comments about aimbots ect. being used. I may be rather naïve but where is the satisfaction in knowing you have won or sunk ships based on 'aids' and not your own skill. Whether I win or lose I know it is based on my ability and my aim is to know I did my best and learn from each battle. I hardly ever look at my stats but assume that some players are driven by these and will do anything to improve them. That is their choice but I am very comfortable with knowing that my stats are solely based on my ability (or luck!). On a separate note, why do some players have to use such foul language and use derogatory comments regarding fellow players which if said face to face would be deemed to be extremely offensive. Am I just getting old and grumpy (no comments please). Why can't everyone just enjoy an excellent game. It is not a case of life or death. I was brought up with the saying 'if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all'.

Aim mods are quite common, and anybody who says they aren't is full of bull.

It's the same in any PVP game if they can get an advantage they cheat or use any advantage they can get to win they will, the higher the supposed players skill is the more suspicious i am that they got there with their own skill rather than cheats.

Id like to know the true prevalence of those aimbots on EU. Probably around 1-3%? Maybe a bit more, but the average player is so tremendously bad that you wouldnt even notice him using tools.

Then again, when the most useful "cheat" in the game is one that you can avoid with a bit of brain, situational awareness and WASD buttons, the problem is blown out of proportion anyway.

Edit: One of the most positive things of WGs games always was the fact that a vast majority of the important calculations are done serverside. Theres hardly a game where stats such as winrate are more "true" than in WoT and WoWs.

Some people just get so crazy in this game, last night i was in an atago and this fubuki on my team he asked for support from myself and a friendly York at the beginning of the match, we both agreed to do so.

He then proceeded to charge against an enemy myogo which he asked us to target, we did, he missed his torps from under 5k got deleted by the myoko, then when mental on chat telling myself and the York to uninstall the game, among other things.

My first post, I am not a very serious player, just for fun during evenings.

I have come across several times that when people get citadel hits, they start to say this is because of aiming bot, and then followed by offensive languages.

I am pretty sure that WG is taking care of the punishment for users who actually do have aiming bots.

So why not just chill out and accept the fact that people do get lucky shots from time to time, and there are indeed good players who know where to aim and when to fire. My yamato had several times of multiple citadels, but that does not mean the other player has a bot or what so ever.

The reason I made this post is that I got pretty disgusting languages in private channel after a random play today. Maybe I am just over reacting on this...

For the record, I have never used any form of tools, I don't even [edited]know how to make a replay... And English is not my mother tongue, so ignore my language mistakes...

Have fun sinking ships~~!

Of course it's pointless and unsporting to shout aimbot, i couldn't agree more

But if you are under the impression the game is free of hacks the your very naive, this game and many others are full of it

Fortunately i would never cheat, i detest them, but if i wanted to cheat i could find hacks in under 5 minutes.

I spoke to someone i know about WoW, apparently he plays CoD and other action games; the first question he asked me, was; is there any cheats for the game ? it just shows the sad mentality of some gamers. Unfortunately cheats will flock to any game if it does not have cheat detection software, as far as i'm aware, this game does not

the thing is, aim assist 'mods' are very very easy to find, download and use and give a player huge advantage.

but dont worry, wg says thats fine.

Only new players and for experienced players I even think it works counterproductive.

On topic: Just let it go, if they want to be salty let them be. If you feel they cross a line, screenshot it and make a ticket with support.

Yes that is why I made my first post. The player sent me the following message:

"ET SUCE MES COUILLES RACE DE CHIEN"

"HAG AIMBOT SOBITCH"

After google translation, I feel angry.

Hey, just dusting off my schoolboy french:- but does that translate as 'suck my balls bi#ch, hack aimbot, S.O.B'?
