As I am getting annoyed with higher tier game more and more due to excessive camping ...

Oh, and before you go all giddy and "oh, the discounts on the low tier prems aren't that bad"... NA had 3 events in which you could get a Mikasa (twice) and a Tachibana for free. And those events had pretty simple requirements, it was not the grindfest GNB was.

I dont understand why WG does not understand that people just want to get treated equally. No more no less. And this has absolutely nothing to do with different economies (which I think we all understand).

 

So if ship 'Expensiveshipname' is for sale for 50 Euro in EU and for 50 Rubels on RU this is completely fine as it takes into account the different economies / markets.

 

What is not fine however is when EU gets 33% discount and RU gets 50% discount for the same ship during the same event. Because this is not how percentage based discounts work. 50% off is half price, regardless if its Euros or Rubels we are talking (and is by the way also already taking into account different economies because of the higher base price).

 

I really dont know why WG falls for this every single time? Once again: People just want to get treated equally.

 

If they would make big specials equal people would not stop complaining, this much is for sure. However the only thing left to complain about then is the content of the special and not the difference in between server specials on top of their contents.

I am an old bugger so please excuse me for that. Throughout my life I was always glad for something for nothing no matter anyone else getting something better than you, why? Because you are not them! Sure more is better but something is better than nothing. Some here are blind to the different markets WG have to address, no matter the actual physical size of the US their player base is far smaller than ours so they need to do things to keep it going and to do things that may attract new players. Anyway, I will be happy with my little bit of something this weekend and hope some others will be thankful too. Buenos noches y dulces sueños.......

To be honest I don't give a toss about 3rd world problems. In the scheme of things this isn't even a problem at all for most people, let alone the first world. 

But I've kinda missed MrFingers whine threads in a sort of masochistic way. They do bring all the haters together in one handy thread, even if sadly, some of your friends can no longer be with us here

EU seems a good deal for what ships we have.

 

50% of premium to T5 is fine for me, get the T2 BB MIkasa and Texas is a bargain, would love to get the 'freedom' camo too. Mikasa as a mission would be nice but if i buy now and they do mission anyways i get value of it anyways.

 

Lo yang will have to do the maths on, seems good on paper but i do not find T8 and above to be fun battles
