What are the requirements ? how many hours do you have to supertest a day ? Do you have to spend X amount of games per ship even if you hate that ship ? A: By invitation. Q: "So I can't apply anywhere?" A: There's no application form. You could try sending a dev a PM explaining how much you want to be an ST, but the chances of that working out are very slim. Do not apply lightly, being a Supertester takes time, actually a lot of it. They got testing schedules and deadlines and you cannot half-[edited]it (as I tried ). Sure, once in a while you get to test out fancy new ships, but be prepared to write a nice report about them including details ("Ship X sucks" won't cut it) and a lot of the time as Supertester is spent with hunting down annoying bugs like "Why does turret X not turn properly" and "Find the invisible wall on Map X". Trust me, only apply if you have plenty of time and nerves of steel, cause there is a serious fun:work ratio here. 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They invite those that they see are active and provide a lot of valuable information. Basicly people who allready provice great information regarding bugs, balances and so on and know the game very well. They won't just invite people that they got no knowledge of, that is why it is by invitation only, because they pick people they KNOW are doing good allready and can be usefull. The very same reason why I never applied for any ST in any game, ever. Sure I would love to help make the game better, but with education and work I just simply do not have the time.
