Don't forget, each new applicant must have at least 12 tier X ships, every single one with 19 points commander and at least 200 games in each one of them.

Man it was the first time I screamed "FUC... YEAH" after your Zao ate torps, on the Teamspeak  Hahah and Flamu complaining on me afterwards when I was hunting the DD.
