It's what I thought. Hardly a worthy upgrade.

 

I would say it is. After all it might only be one second, but it is still more DPM, so helps alot. Especially if you use radar that is only active for a certain amount of time and so on.

 

But then again, to each there own.

This looks like the place to ask - the crap Main gun upgrade on the New Orleans, is there a hidden gun-multiplier there too?

 

If upgraded NO guns are crap, what are than Baltimore guns? :hmm:

slightly less crap, because the AP is admittedly awesome - but that "slightly" doesnt make up for going one tier higher, and it remains firmly in "crap" territory sadly
