The problem is that most of them are tier IX, X concepts that this game doesn't need at this point while historical ships and low tier ones are hold in Wargamings limbo for almost a year now. CV development has taken up too many dev resources and it's easy to give the impression of game progress while they sort that out by churning out big-gun / tweaked versions of existing ships. The playerbase is also full of people who have ground every line or have resources to burn, so resource sinks are needed. But yes, too many Tier IX/X premiums. Siegfried is almost certainly coming wednesday for the gamescomstream but because of that i expect Friesland to be delayed away from that release window.
