Coupled that with 14km range and you have a painful ship to play...At least Myoko has big HP pool, better armoured and 16 km range to compensate for its slow traverse. Meanwhile Molotov outguns it and has torps

Aoba have decent torps, camo, armor, and speed advantage. Pepsi have only hefty broadside salvo, which can be quite punishing.

Oh my bad, I thought Aoba had around the 15 secs as well.

As it seems that WG Dev Blog gives stats for stock hull of regular ships I don't see anything wrong here so far. SLC stock hull is basically down-tiered Pepsicola stock hull. Question is what will be changes to top hull if any.

So Pepsicola is renamed to "avoid problems". Aha. Sure. Like hentai is "art".  I bet there is going to be a Pepsicola premium in the next year. Because the Sharkbait is not enough!

BTW I still don't understand the problem with Pepsicola in its place. It is a good ship and well balanced right now. One just gotta learn the playstyle and boom top XP all the time even in T9 games. IMHO they are ruining the ship with this downtiering.

There can't be two ships with the same name in the game. During IJN DD test version of T8 Kagero was named Nowaki, test version of T6 Fubuki was Ayanamy, during Soviet DD split T8 test version of Kiev is named Yerevan. We can expect the same this time for Cleveland, New Orleans and Baltimore. And of course for Pepsi.

Stock configuration at tier lower seems to be WG starting point. If NO will be stuck with 14.7km range, Indy will be even more powerful tho.

 

T7 Pepsi have 7s rudder time, so 9s doesn't sound so bad IMO.

Rudder shift is a same as current stock NO. T8 stock NO has 9s rudder shift, T7 stock Astoria also has 9s rudder shift. Same for Pepsi and SLC.  And same for range. I've got 5,6s Ruddershift on my Pensacola, but it might be bugged. I don't see how you can reach 5,6s from 9s. Might be missing something though...

 

edit: and on Indy it's 7,3s. ..and 4.1s on NO :cap_haloween:

9s is for stock, 7s on top hull.

10x203mm guns setup at tier 6, with 15secs reload, is way too powerfull. If that is balanced, then i want a reload buff for the graff spee.

Why? Graf Spee isn't about DPM, it's about sturdiness and one-shotting cruisers that present broadside. You might not have 10 guns, but you got heals and a good bit more hp. Pensacola might have a heavy broadside, but it frankly is not a very survivable ship.

Graff Spee sturdy? against DD ap maybe :Smile_teethhappy:  And speaking about cruisers with repair party, Atago has it and it needs a reload buff (16 secs is too slow).

It can bounce cruiser AP too, if angled, it obviously eats citadels when not. But it's got a lot of hp and repair party. So, sure, you are no BB, but I'd say no other T6 cruiser can boast to be able to take as much of a beating.
