Hi All,

Paul "tx141" Walsh here welcoming you to my little video thread!

Being predominantly a USN/Russian Destroyer player above all else, and seeing how there is quite the preference for Japanese Destroyers; I thought I would start putting together videos highlighting gameplays focused around my favourite Destroyers, and the tactics I use to help teams push to victory.

Of course, I do play other ships every so often! So I shall also put out the odd Cruiser/Battleship/Carrier video here and there!

As for the frequency of my videos, I aim to upload a new video every Wednesday (personal circumstances permitting!).

Below is a running catalogue of my videos to date:

On this week's agenda: a demonstration of the power of teamwork between two destroyers. In particular my Mahan, and ScorpionONfire's Hatsuharu.

By playing to each other's strengths, and mitigating each other's weaknesses, you can prove to be a potent, game-changing force.

Enjoy! :honoring:

This time around, I thought I would share my entry in The Mighty Jingles's 500k Subscriber milestone contest.

A rather gentle game in my Atlanta, hopefully going some-way to highlight how this ship acts as a Cruiser-Destroyer hybrid that can leave a lasting impact in a given match if played gently.

Enjoy folks! :)

This week, a less conventional ranked match in my Ogenvoi where I decide to sit in the backline for the majority of the match.

This just goes to show that by challenging ship class stereotypes every so often, and mixing up your strategies, you can achieve some rather impressive results.

Tally ho folks! :B

Something a little bit different this time round.

Every so often we will have those games in our Destroyers where our opening play fails horrifically and leaves us on very little health. So what can we do to recover?

This Kiev match aims to provide some insight into one method of recovery.

Toodle pip and good luck out there! :)

Time for a spot of Campbeltown action!

In particular, getting in close to the enemy fleet and using those monstrous torpedoes to cripple the enemy's capital ships.

Enjoy, and remember; just because a number of people may give negative reviews about a ship does not mean the ship is unplayable! :)

Time to celebrate winning in The Mighty Jingles's 500k Subscriber milestone contest by giving our first impressions on our prize: the Yubari!

I absolutely love this ship, as you are going to see, as it mixes together the strengths and weakness of the Destroyer and Cruiser classes quite nicely.

Enjoy folks! Next week, some Orlan carnage featuring a special guest... :hmm:

Time for a wee bit of Orlan carnage featuring my buddy Zouron in a Tier III match.

But, more importantly, Zouron is going to show how positioning yourself among your team in the right locations as the battle evolves can make all the difference: both in terms of the damage and survivability prospects for you and your team-mates.

Enjoy folks! Next time out, a return to the higher Tiers for a bit with some Benson action. :hiding:

Okay, so I decided to hold back the Benson action for another week as I had a rather interesting Mahan game I wanted to share with you first.

In short, what happens when we play our Destroyer from the back-line for the opening half of the match?

Next week, some Benson action, I promise! :coin:

In fact, you are seeing my first ever game in it, where I showcase how keeping a positive attitude in what looks like a lost cause help turn things around.

Next week? The conclusion of my Patch 0.5.9.1 gameplays with some Hermelin Tier III action. :hmm:

Okay so the Wakatake gameplay is a little behind schedule due to life catching up with me...

So instead, here's a rather brilliant Yorck gameplay as brought to you by my good friend Ilmari.

We get to see the Yorck being played to its strengths here; she looks a rather impressive ship!

Next time round, some Wakatake action!

Okay, so we are featuring a Japanese ship this time round, but it's the Kuma - needing to get some gameplays ready in preparation for the British Light Cruiser hordes that will appear later this week!

In short, she makes for a brilliant Destroyer Leader; just be careful of exposing her side armour, it is not very good! D:

Next time...wait and see! :smart_fish:
