At least that's how I remember it from WoT. Started out in German tanks and it always seemed to be such an uphill battle. Its not so simple when dealing with players who choose stuff that isn't the best, for instance you can have a top comp player doing this simply for the challenge, or someone who isn't very good, doesn't care and chooses that option because they find it the most fun. Extreme concealment, amazingly fast reloading torps with great range and potent HE guns. In its tier 5, this is really too strong ship. Not to mention that majority of players put 15 or 16 point captain in it, which makes this ship invisible entire battle for the enemy, and adds some more features to it with other captain skills.
