Bring out premium ship/tank. 2. Get well known Youtubers to play it and talk it up.** 3. Make it slightly OP in one or two areas. 4. Release to public 5. Profit! 6. Change game parameters so its original redeeming features are now rubbish, or make an error in a patch so it suffers. 7. Prepare next premium ship. For maximum return on investment, use an existing in game ship model, give it a different skin, minor model changes. ** Ensure Youtubers are kept happy with in game goodies, trips to events and other exclusives that benefit their channels. IJN dont had anything compareble to brooklys/clevlands their best Light Cruiser if you discount Mogami (wich was by design a heavy cruiser)had 6 155mm guns barly enogh for T5 (oyodo).
