That's 7 days from now. Currently you have 0 players in rank 4... and only 35 or so in rank 5... the queue to get a match in premier league is more than 6mins on average.A well thought-out event. You seem to be a roll with bad choices. But even later when people start reaching rank 1, MM times for the t10 ranked battles will probably be 15+ minutes given that only people who reached rank 1 and have t10 ships can participate.
