Agree too. Apparently I was kill stealing today. All because of WG silly missions "Kill X many ships", do WG never learn. As other poster said in other topics, make it damage done and not kills, this way everyone is happy. Well can't please everyone but it's far better.

The "kill X amount" missions are causing toxic play, and the "play so many" missions are causing a rise in afk/inconsiderate play. Don't even get me started on the "play CV missions! :P

I think WG will need to start a support group for the victims of this event after it has finished. :D

i would rather have missions with type play 10 battles with 100k damage than do 500 battles and KS 100 kills.

What players don't realise is by playing normally they will get to 100 kills as long as they play different classes about equally, as those missions run for a month.

I'm looking to do 500 battles over a month, which means I don't care in the slightest if I lose a few kills here and there.

I think people need to relax a bit if they get worked up about supposed "kill stealing".

The whole concept of "kill stealing" in a team based game is mind-numbingly stupid isn't it, it always makes me laugh to see how angry these kids get about it. :teethhappy:

I do not care about people "stealing" my kills. I care about ships that will not engage an enemy unless he is a one-shot.

That explain, why every battle I see 1-3 pink named players and funny hear to their excuses in battle, what they did. :teethhappy:

I always find it hilarious when someone tries to do this but fails cause someone is closer or has faster shells. Hate that they aren't helping, yes. Finding it funny when they fail, absolutely

Sometimes it's real. Yesterday i was going in Arkansas with friend in Wyoming. Other random Wyoming joined us and i think "now we are unstoppable" and it would be more or less so. But that third BB shot only when enemies were on very low HP. He ended the battle with 3 kills and less than half of our xp. This is most obvious example, but the KS is real and it do happens and it do have negative influence, although it happens on high tiers much more rarily.

I left almost dead ships for others to finish off and almost always  it came back to bite me, so if I see one of those and I am in position to finish it I will.

 

Dead ships don't hurt anymore. Almost dead ships still can sink you or one of your team mates so any guy that talks about kill stealing has absolutely no mental capacity for this game.

3 games in a row. In the last one I had two of them, thats when I went to teh forums.

Driving in a line with me, guns pointing at a Fuso and NOT a single shot for three minutes until I had it down to 5k.

I do not care who gets the kill if everybody shoots the same guy. But at least they should be shooting. *InsertRandomInsult*

Make the kill missions "do damage" missions and this won't be happening.

You see enemy, you shoot

 

Who cartes about missions ? Go , fight , win and missions will be done in no time without even looking what you need to do.

...the quality of play I have seen today at tier 6 is very very poor. In both sides. I manage to lose in New Mexico despite doing 150k damage in ten minutes...
(Which shows how poor the other team were. Citadel Kongo. He continues in straight line. Citadel. Still not moving? Ok double citadel dead. - repeat on several ships for 9 citadels.)

 

And every game I'm reporting afk-ers.

Dear WG. People are ***hats. Please set minimum standards for number of games played. Also can we have damage missions as OP suggests.

Exactly, just play like normal. I don't even think about the missions, all that's going through my mind is two things; How do I help the team win and have fun doing this. Anything else that comes along from the missions is a bonus, that's it.

The AFK people are getting out of hand, have at least 1 in most matches, that's just my side and not the enemy side. Then up to 3 afk'ers every so many battles. The start of battle you see up to 5 afk but most get in at some stage but either way just 1 afk'er sets you at a disadvantage and my team has lost many a time because of that one free meal ticket is sat still for the enemy CV torpedo planes to have for breakfast.

 

Always report them as afk, they must know by now that either it's their computer / connection to WG servers or maybe with WG game that is stopping them from playing. I know from previous patches WG can really mess things up and stop your game from playing as it once did. Also friends have trouble getting into matches at times, up to 4 minuets which is bad.

What bothers me the most is the fact that you need 325 kills (in different types of ships) if you want to collect all diamonds for the GNB
