The website can be a bit finicky at times, don't worry it'll probably work soon. Try reloading the page etc., relogging might possibly work as well.

Can someone tell me whether or not we can open chests several times? I'm interested in the ships, but the raffles are... well, not for me, so I'd rather put any surplus diamonds in flags and stuff.

 

Each chest can only be opened once.

These are some pretty grindy hardcore missions, nothing really interesting for the more casual player, or the player with not too much time. I've subscribed, but I'd rather have the NA-event.

 

While the missions are undeniably easier, I don't see the rewards living up to what you can get in the chests and personal milestones.

 

The final mission for example, with 500 battles to be played, is definitely hard. But you don't actually have to complete that mission to get some pretty awesome awards. We wanted to have something in the event for every level of skill and activity.

 

It is also worth mentioning that each of our many community contributors has been given a weekly budget of diamonds to hold contests and events with. So if you aren't yet, make sure you watch their channels and announcements. You'll be able to win between 100 - 200 points in their respective activities.

what? you'd take a couple of flags (because that's pretty much it in terms of rewards judging by that page...) over all the stuff we get, which even includes more flags than they get if you put in a bit of effort? some people...

That "2500XP in a cruiser" mission is going to be hard, and definitely impossible for 75% of the players. Of course I had one of those games last weekend, so I don't expect to have a similar one until 2018 or so,

I can't join grand naval battles, every time I click join it just refreshes the page, isn't there some kind of missions page like the Kamikaze event had? :/

That "2500XP in a cruiser" mission is going to be hard, and definitely impossible for 75% of the players. Of course I had one of those games last weekend, so I don't expect to have a similar one until 2018 or so,

 

If the passive premium 1.5x is included, it's actually doable on a good game as you'd only need 1667 base XP. If premium doesn't count, then 2500 base XP vanilla style is incredibly tough to achieve for the vast majority of players, something that I personally wouldn't mind too much, but the 20 diamonds reward feels pretty underwhelming for such a steep requirement if it were the case.

Don't really care about the rewards for the missions they get, but I would really like to see the lower repair costs for tier 8-10 they get. The NA server even got it increased from -20% to -25% this month...

I may have been a bit too harsh indeed, because the scale is not comparable between the NA and EU, but in the EU event, there is not much for the casual or low-tier player to fulfill all the requirements. Hey, I will give it a try, and I applaud the introduction of a new event (or events in general) on the EU wholeheartedly. It just seemed a bit... TOO much. Weeks of nothing, and then a huge thing, and then weeks of nothing again (probably), I'd rather see it a bit more spread out, to cater all the people, not just those who can play in these weeks.

I have the same problem, pulled it off with the Myoko, did not finish the mission, maybe it is bugged.

I had 3 close ones (2100-2400 exp) and 1 with 16xx base exp but ending in a loss (ofc)... (out of 5 played with cruiser today)

but that said, all of them were tons of dmg / kills / caps or plane kills and still only close...

But we still may use so called Greek and Japanese bots, don't we?

They can do 500 games in one day and it's obviously legal way to grind because you (WG) do nothing with it.

yeah that I can agree with... although, the requirements to get something neat out of it don't seem that steep to me. I mean, yeah sure to get the maximum 1000 Diamonds (or close to that) you need to grind pretty damn hard, more than I will be doing almost certainly. But something like 300 or even 500 pearls should be very doable if one plays throughout the month. There's 100 Diamonds to be had in the weeklies, and if the current ones are any indication two or three of those are really easy. 10 wins? 10 games in carriers? 10 kills in a T5? piece of cake spread out over a week (well except if you hate CVs out of principle, but even then the other weeks should give you an alternative to that). So that's, let's call it... 250 diamonds to be had by playing a bit over five weeks if you do half the weeklies each time? Maybe more depending on what exactly the other weeklies will look like? And then you can get another 100 diamonds by playing 100 matches over 35 days - less than three games average per day. Also very very doable. And that will be enough to get you a neat little premium ship, or a bunch of flags and premium time...

Are they similar do NA Commemorative Flag (bonuses and so on) or not?

If you buy a ship you already have, you will get the credit value.

You risk being banned for botting, I would not recommend it.
