While keeping the good parts, and even improve on them. It seems to me that it is a continuation of the good old Imperator Nikolai I style. Everyone's going to watch videos like this, buy one, and proceed to bend over and present their backsides citadels to people in Tier 6/7/8 cruisers that know what they're doing. A lot of tears will be shed. Personally, I am loving the Kirov at the moment. I feel the reload time and fragility of the Kirov balance her at Tier 5, this should be great fun at Tier 6. I'm in two minds about whether I want one if I'm planning on keeping the Kirov anyway. Oh who am I kidding... I want one! And as usual thanks Flamu for the review! Set precedents, then make a very limited period sale, and then not offer said ship again. People will eventually learn to buy premium ships right away, so as not to risk losing out on a potentially OP ship. People learned that its just as easy to burn as any other t4 cruisers, and whenever i take it out of port even 1st time langleys beeline for me . But i still remember glory days when people had no clue . In either case low tier premiums need some advantage - they surely dont earn good money - if they want me to buy one. Or is that too much of an apples and oranges comparison? Bud still has +50% RoF and the 6" guns pen well. Would this replace both Kirov and Bud as your "go to" mid tier Soviet cruiser?
