This is simply a official notice to WG and all affiliated. From this day and until you resolve the following:

 

1. Op'ed torps

2. better income in higher tiers

 

 

Will I remain observing the development of the game - no longer will I buy premium account, consider expanding my premium fleet or engage in any more battles.

 

I am not crying, and I have played since Alpha, but WG has had a long time rebalancing these issues, and this is only my way to make a stand. I encourage others to follow if they - like me, feel many advices and debates on how to improve this game has gone unanswered and/or ignored through time.

there is an easy way to counter "OP" torps, firstly be observant of where DD's are or possibly are, and use WSAD keys to adjust Speed and heading. Driving in a straight line and being predictable will make you have a sad. As for carrrier based aircraft, stay with escorts.

 

for the second point, it is by design that the mid tiers are the money makers. top tier is sustainable provided you are a good player. Play mid teirs to actually make money.

 

also i dont think WG gives a flying boat about an "official notice". And also how is this not a topic? a think posted in the forums is a topic; also posting in forums also opens debate. And to clarify, yes you are crying.

Why do these people think anybody cares? If folks don’t like the game anymore, fine, don’t play it. That’s their choice. Games can be uninstalled just as easily as they can be installed. But then they make these arrogant statements of ‘I am watching and observing’, like anybody cares.

 

Some haven’t got a clue what software development on a huge project is like and how long it takes to do anything. The risk that you change one small item, and fix it, but it then has a knock-on effect on something else. If it was two blokes in a garden shed, and the game was just sprites (like the good old days), the same problems with fixing/developing the game would still exist.

 

WoWs isn’t a normal game, it’s a living breathing world that’s never done, constantly being changed and added too. WG may not do things quick enough for some folks, and they may not do things in the order some of us would like. But I think they will get there, eventually. I would like to see that. If others don’t, fine. But don’t make these grand statements like you’re so important we are all going to miss you.

I am quite new to this community, and im actually in shock over all the [edited] replies here on the forums in every thread by [edited]. You bring nothing to the discussion so i suggest you just [edited]. On Topic: I got nothing to say, just had to mention this couse it gets very tiring reading answers like this in every thread

In defence of ColonelPete. The amount of special snowflakes who make a thread threatening to flounce off in a huff unless their pet peeve is sorted is starting to get tedious. I can see why people only offer brusque dismissal in response to some threads.

In the forum for a very popular tank based game these have been a constant presence.

If I was going to quit the game tomorrow, I would not go to the forums and start a thread to tell everyone I was quitting the game. I would just stop playing, uninstall it and move on.
