However, you have to take that with a grain of salt as they also said the RN cruisers would be next after the Russian destroyers and German cruisers, but as we all know they got distracted and went off to make the Russian cruisers instead, so it is entirely possible they might be distracted by making the Royal Ottoman Navy or something similar. They started modeling the Russian cruisers and German BBs before the RN cruisers, the first I heard of the RN cruiser line being in development was about January, while the other two were started around September 2015 or so. So late 2016 for RN cruisers, German BBs in the summer, and the unknown 4th sometime. (USN Light Cruisers?
