fast track to yamato?

I was watching the ichase stream and someone mentioned a fast track to yamato mission for the NA server, so does anyone know if this will come to the EU servers

There's also missions from t3 to t10.

1st is t3 to t5, 2nd t6/7 and 3rd is from t8 to t10.

The mission requirements make you

(You have to land 2 hits with your main guns)

NA tanks getting spoiled too. its getting increasingly rediculous to play on EU.

IJN BB line is a joy to grind, except the Izumo, I enjoyed all Japanese Battleships and kept the Fuso Amagi and of course the mighty Yamato

I understand, you really want to get yamato. But you will be dissapointed in current game situation. Yamato is a great ship, nobody can deny it. But atm MM is ridiculous. If you try to sail your yamato, you will get min. 4-5 DDs in enemy team. I can suggest you to grind a DD if you want to be able to play. If you want to have fun just grind a CA.

I can't agree more, ghostbuster, that's what I discovered at T9, and when I finally got my Yamato, I only played maybe once a day due to torp and HE spam

No no i got it mate but im used to see NA server gets something we dont have in EU. I just wanted to let him know.

Ah ok. I guess the "you really want to get yamato" threw me off, so it looked more about the ship itself than the discount on principle. You're right though, we are used to them getting quite a lot more than EU

I don't actually care about the Yamato as like I said I watch Ichase's streams and I've seen the torpedo soup that they can become, I was more commenting on the fact that the American servers get this while we get literally nothing right now.

It's because wargaming has been desperate for a long time to corner American markets but the Americans have certain standards they expect so therefore the usual bs we get here that wouldn't fly if you wanna attract players in the NA also I believe the NA WG team is actually competent.

Okay so I finally looked at the actual missions for this and they are ridiculous. tier 3-5 get 2 or more hits and get a hotel yankee and india bravo terrathree. tier 6-7 get 2 or more hits and earn 50% extra experience. tier 8-10 get 2 or more hits and earn 50% extra captain experience. And that isn't including the credit discount for the ships. I don't care much for the bundels but those rewards

Yeah, it's a bit silly.

 

Whenever something good happens to NA, the Europeans immediately complain that they are getting shafted and when the EU players get something nice it's the Americans that complain about being shafted.

 

There are without a doubt differences and not giving the same bonuses to both regions might be bad, but either way they both enjoy some advantages and I wouldn't say that either of them is really worse off than the other at the current time.

2015 was a different matter.

 

In recent times NA players have been complaining a lot about how much better the EU players have it because of all the premium ship sales and ARP missions.

The second set of ARP missions (Hiei, Haruna) is still not available to the NA players and they also haven't had Warspite, Tirpitz and Blyskawica on offer for ages, especially not unbundled.

 

 

Anyway, they should probably rename the mission to "Fast Track to spend a lot of money on a ship that will mostly sit in port" because of matches like this:

And let's not forget about the repair costs. Despite all the torpedo soup I still enjoy the Yamato gameplay, but I'm not playing it anyway because I'm grinding a lot of other lines and the Yamato is one of the worst ships in the game to grind credits with it.

Even with premium and repair flag you are not guaranteed to turn a profit despite 100K+ damage.
