I suspect a good deal of the forum population have a "better" WTR than you. The WTR isn't brilliant, but it's not terrible. A "green" rating isn't bad.  But a green at tier 7 is probably a blue at tier 5, so it's not a great system.

 

its also skewed to damage and can't include capping and decapping. 

 

also the population will be very skewed with a big bump of "mediocre" casual players (WTR around 900). Most forum goers are fanatics with >1200 ratings.

With some cruisers, yes, he is not bad.

 

But he has a 36% WR with Cleveland, from 77 games, so I don't even.
