Pay to Lose, Money is killing the game, ask the premium ships

I imagine no money coming into the game, or no new players, would kill it faster...

I've seen people playing 1k+ games and they still don't know what they're doing. 

 

At least those guys helped funding the game I like to play, no problem with that and obviously you'll also meet them on the enemy team.

Never seen anything like what the OP is describing, and most games I played in the last couple months were in the MM range that tier 7 and 8 premium ships have. But I guess one bad game is a sure sign that the game is d00med. D00MED I SAY!

We wouldn't have such a large portion of new players at tier 8 if the old players stopped clogging up the lower tiers.

It's very much fun to read the replies, I even got shown the quickest way back to my garage a couple of times by disappointed team member who thought I should go back there and learn something ( or so they said, I had to learn something... )

Maybe they were joking, though. Sometimes I like to ask how to use torpedoes at the beginning of a match in my Tirpitz as a joke due to the reactions in chat. As a bonus you are more likely to be underestimated by the enemy.

 

While it is undoubtedly frustrating to have very inexperienced players in your team, their existence isn't as problematic as one may think. Statistically there should be more noobs on the enemy team than your own since there are only 9 to 11 randoms in your team but 12 on the enemy side.

For every noob in your team, you should encounter at least one as an enemy which will serve as a nice XP piñata.

Money can only help this game develop and be better. Yeah some new players will buy T8 premium but that doesn't means they are noobs give them a chance and they will learn how to play with that ship. You know what? People are acting like Gaming is Oiling industry....How do [real] F2P games make profit and have longevity? Say for example, MOBA's, off the top of my head. I see people acting like the game has no other way, like we live in a castle were only this business model exists. And we can analyse the falacies around here further, but who really cares right? Because, in the end, if people have money to throw away, i say, it's their freaking right to do so at least, isn't it? So if someone prefers to pay real money to unlock the XP, instead of the free one, who am i to argue. ;)

I really don't respect much the people that read something i write, and don't read it. It happens a lot in this game. I spend many hours in this game. I like the game. Do you know why it happens a lot? People hate arguments. People love excuses. Excuses are not arguments. Excuses are used by politicians, banks, religious fanatics etc. Arguments are used by people of reason, science...ehm, Spok etc. Now, if you are a gamer and you just made a statement that you know not a single game that profits from cosmetics only shop...i should close my "shop" and go home. But, what the heckity heck. I said, every single MOBA. Even Smite. Smite if i recall some years ago, i gave 10E something and whenever they release new God i own it regardless. I'm ok with that too. You can buy Premium i think but it's unimportant really. But cosmetics? Voicepacks, skins and so on. And we are talking for a MOBA here.

 

The other argument that i get but this kind of arrogant people is, "You feel butthurt cause everything is not free". What you are saying basically is, "Before the Big Bang, Capitalism was created, the END". And i do try the reasoning....for this amount of stupidity, i really do, but it is difficult. Yet i know, i might be mistaken, i am only human. We all are. But i freaking know that, at least free, everything facking thing is you want it or not, is it now? Just happens btw, i watched the movie "The Big Short" yesterday and it had that brilliant quote, "Truth is like poetry. And most people facking hate poetry".
