Haven't actually noticed any new sounds really, but I'm thankful that awful sound for incapacitations is gone.

Incapacitation sound is only marginally better; it's still abysmally unpleasant, at least to me, and still pretty much the same sound. The way it's designed to sound like speakers dying (I guess) is actually pretty immersion-breaking.

Still missing the old BB gun sounds (where there was a lot more bas) they sounded so much more awesome (these sounds were from CBT)

It is still there.

I liked the sound we had before the last game version. That was exactly the sound you hear after an extremly loud explosion.

With the new sounds I do not have any association. The just sound like sound errors.

Oh, could have sworn that it was in the patch notes that it was removed and I haven't really noticed it in game that much. Must have gotten kinda used to it.

This! In fact I'd love to get all the old gun sounds back: I loved the really nasty sounding higher pitched tones of the Murmansk blazing f.e.

That tinnitus effect followed by a heartbeat (as though to say "wow I'm actually still alive") is what you get when your ship is citadelled or suffers more than about 20% of its HP in one blow. If that's what you're referring to, that hasn't been changed; I quite like that one.

After todays update, when shooting from main guns, sound of fire is cut in half if we using more then one gun, and proper sound is only from last one.

 

New port music is very frustrating after after hearing it once....so bring back old music.

Because Wargaming only had the resources to either change the port music, or fix the issue of the cruiser Nürnberg sitting too high in the water.

This shows where their priorities lie. :trollface:

The current port music is horrid, it is really getting on my nerves... At least put in an option to turn it off specifically please.

I just log in day and what can I say ,its so sad u are acting like u want to stop playing the game ,the gun sounds terrible I cant describe it,when Iam dropin trops the sound its like there is a lag deep sound,good job!!!! keep going like that!

The gun sounds stutter.

As soon as you shoot a second gun, the sound from the first gun stops. If you shoot many guns in succession, you basicly hear only gun stutter.

i really don't like the new sounds after the update the stutter puts you of also not sure but the game feels different to me as well playing isn't as good or enjoyable but that's just my opinion of course

Even though it is less of a literal pain now, it still is a nonsensical sound.

Can we get maybe like a 'clanging' sound, of steel on steel, as it would sound when a shell hits something?

Maybe a bit of a tearing sound, of a shell penetrating?

Most other sounds are okay to excellent, so why is this one so bad?

The only other sounds I have any complaints about are the canned messages, that sound more like a guy on a pleasure boat doing some grandstanding than officers in charge of a warship.. :sceptic:

The sea sounds louder than the ship's engines... it's almost like the ship's engine sounds are gone... is this realistic ? (Engine sounds can get annoying... but currently it seems to be a little bit too low ? Perhaps add a slider in sound control options to specific ship engine noise/volume level)

Or just do it the easy way by lowering the Ambient Sound level, which is already available in your sound/volume settings.
