That's because the MM is secretly checking your current winrate and carefully selecting a special team for you. If your recent winrate is high, then it'll give you a team full of airchair admirals, lemmings, afkers, ragers and tourists. If you've had a bad run of games it'll give you a team with super duper clicking fanatics who have ten sets of eyes, blazing fast reaction times and a super awareness of all things happening in the game, kinda like what Neo saw in The Matrix.

 

If it hates you expect to get saddled with a few forum regulars like us, that's punishment. So you see, this is why it takes so long sometimes, it has a lot to consider. You are right shaka: the one game before i opened this topic i had the worst team _ever_ - it was amazing to see how fast the team evaporated, as quick as it goes in World of Tanks since a year...either its because of easter holidays (i am an adult who is trying to get out of bed, heavily ill since teh weekend) or it's because....of MM-secret levelling .....i believe the last.
