I thought they would've gone Svetlana, Nakhimov, Kirov, Chapayev, Sverdlov, Paper , Paper. Moreover considering the placement of her derivative(Kirov is a mix of Montecuccoli and d'Aosta) should go at tier V Anyway hopefully they will release some pieces of info on those ships soon enough, especially on the projects which can't be guessed by their names. If the Kutuzov is anything to judge the line by, they will be similar to the KM cruisers in play-style, except better in most areas. Hopefully, they will be more balanced (I do like the aesthetics of the top tier though <3). The tier 9 has 12 guns, look like 8 inches guns :v That could work (balance-wise), as long as the ship also has a low RoF and not a (huge) range advantage over other cruisers.
