So the tier VIII is not the Sverdlov-class (aka "Mikhail Kutuzov") but the Chapayev-class, a predecessor of sorts. Link here for details of the class (Project 68). Also check this thread. Project 82. Which in fact, was a BC. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stalingrad-class_battlecruiser With 3x3x12". Isn't WG's rule that nothing over 8" qualifies as CA guns?
