If ARP Shimakaze comes and WG offers ONLY ONE 19 points captain i will quit this game! I mean grind all that time for only ONE FREE 19 points captain? A disgrace! No it doesn't, just did not want bright colored ships and school girl captains so I changed port just to see my regular ships. Problem solved... It was a solution for the op to not have to see them. Mission had a lot of other benefits and you CAN use the same captain across all ARP ships, so as more come in, 5 more planned, I have read...... one captain different ships !
