I expected it to be a straight lift from the Fujin, which was sold during Halloween last year. As it happens it is more than a shade better. Here are the raw stats of the three ships Here details of the guns. Sadly these are in reverse order to the above so they go Minekaze > Fujin > Kamikaze R you can see that you'll get nearly an additional round per minute off and the rotation speed is significantly better. Not shown here is the Fujin's torp reload being just a tad slower than the other two also. Kamikaze R with it's credit and experience boost is the best Tier V DD in the game. The numbers you show here are influenced by the captain. The turret traverse of the Kamikaze is by default 25.7, without captain skill and Modul, which is the same on the Fujin. Ships with such torpedoes visible only from 5.4 km? Too strong in my opinion. And this comes from someone who has a ton of games in Minekaze and would like to think he's pretty good with it and DDs in general. Funny how WG nerfs cruisers to hell with some feeble explanations of "seal clubbing" when this DD is the ultimate seal clubber.
