"Upgraded battleship Izumo. Shells from her top guns are now available with the stock hull . To ease the progress to the top configuration of Tier IX battleship Izumo, all her hull configurations were supplied with top shells (previous shells were not efficient enough)." And its getting reload reduced to 25 seconds It's just the better shells I think. 25 second reload is for the T4 Prem The Ishizuchi. Izumo with 25 sec reload would be op as hell as you can mount Main Battery Modification 3 which further lowers it's reload. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You can, but you get stronger armour when front facing and predicting when there are issues so you can slow and reverse in time.
