That works, but that leaves Roon out in the dry somewhere with nowhere to go. 

 

Also I doubt the Germans will have a full CA line to be honest, there are very few designs.

Two things:

In NA Q&A I found information that Chikuma 1911 was never tier 5 CL so now we have problem with it.

Oh and Germany TT was tanked - Russia is next.

German line is 2nd or 3rd nation after release.

I find it really weird that the hybrid-pattern Ise is on a carrier line.  With a maximum of 22 Zuiun (presumably it won't be able to take a Suisei complement, being unable to recover them itself?) its air power seems very much the minor of its two parts to me.

Actually it looks like they're going to implement other fixed-wing aircrafts, from the last NA Q&A:

I'm somewhat critical about this choice, especially if they will allow her to recover them; if they follow this logic of giving unhistorical aircrafts to Ise any BB and cruiser could become a small carrier embarking fixed-wing aircrafts compatible with catapult launch (this was done historically by Regia Marina, Vittorio Veneto class were supposed to embark 3 Reggiane 2000 modified for catapult launch, eventually before the armistice Italia and Vittorio Veneto received only one each while Roma embarked two)

Oh no, I reckon that you have placed it accurately, I'm just saying that it's odd.  I'd think that you research the hybrid from the original Ise.  Kinda like the KV-1 (Heavy) -> KV-2 (Heavy/Arty) -> S-51 (Arty) line crossing maybe?  Whatever, the devs must have a clear picture of how it works, and I'm confident in them.  I'll just put it out of my mind for now.

Thanks, I've got to get better at tracking all of these different sources.  I'm also very dubious about the use of unrecoverable planes, but considering the possibility of planes which weren't carrier-capable at all being used by some...

I think that you are talking about CL's not CA's and I did it by my way.

Chikuma was a typo but Furutaka should be the heavy cruiser, Teit's wording "Furutaka now has this tier" implies that they moved her.

EDIT:

mr3awsome asked about the connection between heavy and light cruisers, personally I'm again thinking that cruisers won't be differentiated.
