I'm curious, what role Tirpitz played. Because that was the largest battleship in europe!

Tirpitz is Bismarck-Class ;) Just had an additional torpedo-launcher, there were plans to install one also on Bismarck ;).

 

Or make a Premiumship out of it  :Smile_hiding:

I know but i mean the Tirpitz ist better than the Bismarck. Even the look is making a decision end war. :Smile-_tongue:

First I thought of Scharnhorst with 38cm-twin turrets, but i think that will be a upgrade for normal scharnhorst.

Tirpitz, as you said, maybe will be an upgrade for Bismarck-class.

 

Maybe H41A with its 3 40,6cm twin-turrets?

I also think that it is a ship tier 9 or 10. So an H class ship. Since I also think that the H41 would be an idea. But also the H39 and H42. I think the H43 should be standard tier 9 and the H44 standard tier 10.

H44 and H43 aren't going to be in the game. Confirmed by KGB on the NA forum. Tier 10 is H42.

It is not premium because it's guns are too big - Yammy's 18.1" are the biggest we'll see.

H42 is big enough to be Tier 10, it has 8 42cm-guns in 4 twin-turrets and nearly the same armor as H43 and H44 according to Siegfried Breyers books about battleships.

 

So i think it can fight an Iowa or Yamato in a nearly fair fight for all.

Japanese get just the regular Yamato, not A-150 with 20-in guns. There's also the Japanese 500,000 ton battleship with 100 (one hundred) 410mm guns... Truly a piece of period dieselpunk (or steampunk?) fanfic.
